FAQ……..

Well here is where you get answers to the basics and hopefully it will answer all your questions, if not, “Contact Me”.

-How do I make a purchase of your products?  Very simple.  Simply contact us through the "Contact" and tell us what you are looking for.  Each item is now made to order rather than our creations then posted up to a sales site!

-What are my shipping options? Very simple.  All purchases are shipped USPS Priority with tracking & insurance!  I don’t cut rate you like a lot of sellers do by offering the old favorite ”economical” or even if they splurge the First Class shipping to pad their bottom line.  I ship the quickest way and insured up to cost so you the buyer can buy in total confidence!  Best of all, we don't pad shipping like alot of sellers!  That is unethical and we will not be a part of that type of business practice!  We charge the actual cost of shipping (USPS Priority/Insured up to $50) which most items will fit in for a added cost of $6.80.  If your order requires a larger USPS Priority box we will let you know in e-mail and tell you that cost exact!

-Can I opt for a custom order rather than buy what is on hand?  Sure!  In fact, it can be the best way to make sure you get 100% what you wish since we no longer make brushes to post up for sale.  Now mind you, there will be a delay in receiving your item due to sourcing the supplies for the build!   So to order custom you have to contact me via PM on the “Contact ” tab or email me!

-Where do you source your turning stock?  Well it varies because I make every attempt to save “you” the customer as much as I can for your purchase.  However, I do not sacrifice quality stock from inferior suppliers to make a dollar.  Sometimes it is very hard to find economical sourced products you want and it may cost a bit more than one would expect.  But rest assured, I let you know prior to ordering/sourcing any item for a build to make sure you are on board.

-What is the down payment for custom orders? It is simply 75% of the total price.  Easy math for you mathematicians (Example: A $100 custom built item would require a $75 deposit).

-How can one pay for custom orders?  Simple again.  I give you, the customer two options for purchase of custom orders and that is PayPal or USPS Money Order if you are not a PayPal fan like a lot of people are not.  We can take PERSONAL CHECKS but so you know, that must clear our bank prior to us even ordering the custom wood choice and brush knot you choose.  You can understand that simple business practice I am sure!

-How do you make your aftershaves?  Well that is mainly a secret developed over time and a lot of trial and error.  But rest assured, it is not alcohol based and only the finest 100% pharma grade essential oils used in the making of every bottle and is listed on the descriptions for you to see on our sale page.  BTW, did we tell you that each and every single bottle is hand made in what we call “single batch” made!

-Is this a full time job for you and a income maker?  Why HECK NO!  In fact I am being honest when I say I on average make only a few dollars on any sell when you factor my time spent in the shop and cost of supplies!  This is mainly a outlet and hobby I developed from being a straight shaver and wanting only the best product on a peasant’s salary!  If I relied on this to put food on the table I would have to sell the table to buy the food!
